DO YOU HANDLE ALL OF MY RENTAL ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS ?

The choice is yours. Either we can handle the whole process or simply pass on leads and referrals to you. As we do not charge commission we are happy to allow you to talk to and make deals with prospective customers as you see fit. All we ask is that you record any bookings however made in the database so that you do not receive enquiries for time slots that are already booked.

HOW MANY EXTRA BOOKINGS WILL I RECEIVE THIS YEAR?

Average Rentals on Sanibel are currently at around $20- 40,000 per annum, with many profitable rental weeks remaining empty. Based in the UK we give you a unique shot at the European market as well as the American. To aid this we have planned an extensive magazine campaign in the UK along with a dedicated Sanibel Picture Library with over 1800 photos to aid in marketing. We have sent a team of photographers out to Sanibel and they have pictures and details of 65 resorts with more to follow. Yours already may be listed with us and all you need to do is add your details to the lists of condos available to rent.

We have estimated that a well maintained 2/3 Bedroom Condo located on a popular Beach Front resort will rent up to $80,000 per year. We do not need to tell you that recent events have caused a shortfall in this figure so we intend to reverse that trend. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A MEMBER?

Depending on which service you choose to use, membership will cost you as little as $10 per month. As each owner has specific requirements, and some may already be contracted to other Rental Agencies, we will first require more information in order to confirm our costs.
