Bandy Beach is as the name suggests a beach-front property with gulf views for all the condos. It is situated on the quiet east end of the island a short way from the lighthouse. At this end of the island the it is possible to walk along the beach to the north side past the small fishing pier. The complex has a heated pool and elevators.
